1. Rugby en Fête: The 2023 World Cup

Lille continues to celebrate the Rugby World Cup France 2023. A village of activities awaits you for free at Grand Place and Place du Théâtre on the eves and days of the five matches. Organized in collaboration with the Hauts-de-France Rugby League, Lille Rugby Club, and OMR, this event will introduce you to rugby through workshops, sports activities, and regional brass bands. Don’t miss the upcoming matches, including Scotland vs. Romania, England vs. Samoa, and Tonga vs. Romania.

2. Fashion Week: An Incredible Show at Villa Cavrois

This event promises to be grand, and we invite you all to follow it on Printemps Lille’s Instagram! For Fashion Week, the beautiful Villa Cavrois transforms into a fashion runway. Printemps Lille is organizing a show to present its Fall/Winter 2023 collection.

Villa Cavrois is undoubtedly one of Lille's favorite spots. This architectural gem will transform to host a Fashion Week-related event. On September 28, Printemps Lille will elegantly and chicly present its collection in a show.

Even though the event is private and invitation-only, you can still watch the replay on Printemps Lille’s Instagram on Friday, September 29, at 7 PM. You will have the opportunity to discover an exceptional, luxurious show in the idyllic setting of the Villa.

3. The UK Invites Itself to Lille with the GREAT Expo

The Esplanade of the Citadel, located at 1 Allée des Marronniers, Lille, transforms into a mini United Kingdom for an unmissable immersive experience. From September 28 to October 1, 2023, the Studio des Audacieux, after its success in Marseille and Bordeaux, arrives in Lille with GREAT (GREAT Britain and Northern Ireland). Dive into British history, art, and gastronomy, all with a modern touch through new technologies. Immerse yourself in British culture with renowned street artists 3D Joe and Max, interactive virtual reality experiences, and British culinary specialties. You can even fly on the back of a beetle in the virtual reality space!

On Friday, September 29, 2023, at 8 PM, the Lille Conservatory hosts an exceptional concert by David Eugene Edwards. The artist will transport you to the world of Americana, blending the traditions of folk, country, and blues rock. Opening for him is Treha Sektori, a French musician offering intense and captivating "dark ambient" music. Visual projections will accompany this unique concert for a complete sensory experience.
