The Carlton of Lille is the perfect place to start the day with a buffet breakfast open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. during the week, and from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekends

Available to outside guests who wish to enjoy a moment in the most pleasant and calm setting facing the Opera. Breakfast is also available in your room on request

Are you a cocktail lover or simply curious by nature? Our mixology workshops at the Carlton in Lille are just the thing for you.

Learn and practise the basic techniques of mixology – such as mixing methods and how to choose the right ingredients for each creation – whilst exploring classic and modern cocktails under the guidance of our experienced mixologists.

During these workshops, you’ll prepare two signature cocktails from The View bar and a surprise cocktail.
